Ordering: In addition to online ordering, orders can be placed by telephone at any time or by e-mail or fax. Customers should be aware that our delivery day is Friday and orders placed after midnight on Monday have a reduced chance of delivery on the Friday of the same week.
Delivery: For all mail order customers, we request that you contact us if a delivery is not received by 3pm to allow us the opportunity to contact the courier to ascertain the current status.
Regrettably, we do not deliver outside mainland UK, due to the perishable nature of our products

Payment: Payment is due on receipt of goods.
The guide price which customers receive when ordering online is an estimated price only. After the order has been made up the price will be finalised and an invoice to that amount will be sent with the delivery.
Payment Methods include cash on local deliveries only, cheque made payable to Puddledub Buffalo Ltd and we soon hope to be offering Credit/Debit card facilities (we will contact you when order total is finalised). You can select your payment Method during the ordering process.

Complaints: Whilst we have every faith in our product should it be necessary to lodge a complaint this should be done immediately by telephoning 01592780087 or 07789865575 and we will use our best endeavours to ensure that a satisfactory conclusion is reached.
Legislation: In order to comply with the EC Distance Selling Directive, Puddledub Buffalo ltd is required to provide, explicitly, the information as detailed below. This does not affect your statutory rights under the current Consumer Protection Laws.
Data Protection: Any information provided by you to Puddledub Buffalo Ltd will be used for the purpose of carrying out your instruction and actioning any payment. This information will be stored in our database and will not be passed to a third party.
