What is the difference between buffalo meat and any other type of beef? While similar in appearance to other beef the nutritional benefits of buffalo meat are that it is lower in cholesterol, lower in fat and has fewer calories.

Favourite cut of buffalo? It would be hard to specify one in particular but firm favourites are brisket, mince and stew, all of which are mouth-wateringly delicious.

How do I pay? An invoice will be sent with your delivery and payment can be made with a cheque payable to Puddledub Buffalo Ltd.

Can the delivery box be recycled? Unfortunately, as yet, not by us. However any keen gardening friend would most likely welcome it - they make great plant boxes for starting plants off in.
